Originally a PSP game, Ryukishi07 (story) and Peach-Pit (chara design/art)’s Ōkami Kakushi is confirmed to have an anime adaptation in the works.

Plot/Sypnosis:

A 16 year old boy, Hiroshi Kuzumi, started to live in a new town that is located in the mountains. The town is separated into new and old streets by the river, and many mysterious local cultures still remain. Although confused and enjoying his new life, one person kept her distance from him: class committee member Kushinada Nemura. In their few encounters she gave him a word of advice: “Stay away from the old streets”

Kyaaaa~ This one looks interesting! Like I said, I’m really liking the recent anime announcements (i.e.  Kaichou wa Maid-sama!, Black★Rock Shooter). I wish for more! lulz XD

Anyways, about Okami Kakushi, honestly I don’t know much about it except that it was a psp game that Ryukishi07 and Peach-Pit made but that’s just enough for me to try this out! Oh puh-lease, it’s Ryukishi07, one of the people behind the When They Cry series? I expect mystery here *W*

One thing I realized after watching the OP was it’s big cast. I mean, woah, that’s a lot of people! Now I am just excited to see this but this would probably aired some time in 2010 so.. *sigh*
